They may not give you HD night vision, but there’s some truth in the myth: carrots do boost eye health, thanks to their high levels of vitamin A. Combined with vit C from the apple to boost immunity and fibre from celery to aid digestion, this juice is a superstar.
Ingredients
6 carrots (650g)
3 apples (450g)
2 sticks celery (85g)
2-3 cm piece fresh root ginger
1tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
Add the solid ingredients one at a time into your juicer, and then collect the juice in a jug. When this is done, add in the lemon juice, and stir all of the ingredients together until well mixed.
