Paleo cinnamon smoothie recipe

Waking up to a creamy drink needn’t be sinful. This bulletproof paleo cinnamon smoothie recipe sure packs a punch for those early starts!

 

Ingredients

1 ripe banana

1 tsp coconut oil

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tbsp flaxseeds

1 tbsp nut butter

100ml almond milk

5 almonds

Scoop of protein powder (optional)

Drop of manuka honey or maple syrup (optional)

 

Blitz everything together including your favourite protein powder if you like. Add a few ice cubes and a little honey if you prefer your cinnamon smoothie sweeter (that may depend on how ripe and sweet your banana is). Whizz together until smooth and chilled.
