Tropical breakfast bowl

Simple, summery and satisfying, this tropical breakfast bowl is the perfect way to start your day. It’s also dairy-free and packed with protein and antioxidants for a healthy nutrient fix.

Ingredients (serves 1)

250g Alpro Plain with Coconut plant-based alternative to yoghurt
A few chunks of pineapple
1 tbsp chia seeds
Drizzle of agave syrup
½ kiwi fruit
25g redcurrants
Handful of shelled pistachios, chopped
Sprig of mint

Method

Combine the yoghurt alternative with pineapple chunks.

Top with the sliced kiwi, redcurrants, chopped pistachios and chia seeds – then tuck in!
