Blueberry flax super smoothie recipe

In this blueberry flax super smoothie recipe, blueberries combine with flaxseed for a boost of vital antioxidants and omega-3 oils to get you feeling great for the day ahead. The addition of spinach and Greek yoghurt ups the iron and calcium factor – making this a well-rounded breakfast health-booster.   

Ingredients (serves 1)

1 cup blueberries, frozen

1tbsp flaxseed

Handful of spinach

75g full-fat Greek yoghurt

235ml coconut or almond milk

Method

Place all ingredients in a blender or bullet. Mix until smooth.
