Blueberries are an excellent source of vitamin C, plus they can help protect you from heart disease by lowering the amount of cholesterol in your blood. While macadamia nuts are also packed with vitamins and minerals and also contain iron, magnesium and selenium too.

100g blueberries, fresh or frozen
3 handfuls spinach
10-15 macadamia nuts, preferably soaked for 8 hours
