Blueberry and banana smoothie recipe

Filling and packed with potassium and antioxidants, this blueberry and banana smoothie recipe makes the perfect breakfast on-the-go. Serves 1-2.

Ingredients:

1 large banana
70g blueberries
3 cauliflower florets
2tbsp cashews
1tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
185ml water

Roughly chop your banana and add it into your blender (I use my NutriBullet) with the blueberries, cauliflower, cashews, lemon and water.

Blend all of your ingredients together until smooth, and serve.
