Avocado pear ice cream recipe

Our fingers are crossed that we will continue to have hot weather this summer, and for those glorious days in the sun, this avocado pear ice cream recipe is the perfect treat. It’s full of nutrition and flavour, and all you need are a few ingredients and a Dessert Bullet (see product details below).

Ingredients

(serves 1)

½ avocado

½ pear

½ cup coconut milk

2tbsp cinnamon

¼ cup honey

 

Method

Dice up the pear and place in a bowl, sprinkle with cinnamon and freeze. Dice the avocado and freeze as well.

Using the Dessert Bullet, add the frozen pear and avocado cubes, alternating with the honey, down the chute.

Turn on and press down. Catch the ice cream in a bowl and enjoy.
