Avocado and spinach thermogenic omelette

This avocado and spinach thermogenic omelette recipe makes a metabolism-booking breakfast. It’s packed with ingredients that will stimulate your body’s metabolic rate, helping you to lose weight. Plus, eggs are always a great weight management breakfast option as they are high in protein – and the high choline levels also help to improve your mood and cognition.

Ingredients (serves 1)

2 free-range eggs

Handful of English Spinach

Olive oil or coconut oil, for cooking

Rock salt, to sprinkle

1tsp turmeric or cayenne

1tsp mustard

½ avocado

Wiley’s Peak Omega Lemon Flavoured Wild Alaskan Fish Oil

Method

Mix two free-range eggs with a teaspoon of turmeric or cayenne to promote thermogenesis.

Lightly fry in healthy olive oil or coconut oil – add a handful of English Spinach when almost ready to serve.

Sprinkle with sea or rock salt to increase trace mineral levels.

Serve with half an avocado, topped with Wiley’s Finest Peak Omega Lemon Flavoured Wild Alaskan Fish Oil, and with a dollop of mustard to further promote fat burning and to increase protein content and levels of essential fatty acids.
