Aperol spritz recipe

Bitter, sweet and refreshing, this Aperol spritz recipe will certainly be doing the rounds in the WHL office this season.

Ingredients

1 bottle of Prosecco

1 bottle of Aperol

2 oranges

Fill a large glass with ice and add three parts prosecco and two parts Aperol. Garnish with orange slices (serves 1; scale up for a jug).
