Move over spag bol, there’s a new dish in town! Cue courgetti. Ditch bloating pasta for courgette ribbons and you’ll slash hundreds of calories while packing in a powerful nutritional punch. Counting as one of your five-a-day, courgettes are a great source of vitamin A and C and provide decent amounts of fibre to keep you feeling full. They’re super-quick to make, too. Roughly one courgette is enough per person, and all you need to do is peel it into thin strands and boil, steam or pan-fry as a healthy pasta substitute.
