2 Swap a shop-bought sandwich for filled baby gem lettuce hearts

Devouring a sandwich at your desk won’t earn you any points in the healthy diet department, so swap a shop-bought sarnie for a nutritious, homemade bread-free option. Fill two baby gem lettuce hearts with your favourite sandwich filling – prawns with creme fraiche and lemon, smoked salmon with cucumber or shredded chicken with sliced tomato for a low-cal, gluten-free lunch. Yummy, too!
