Those who train hard and eat clean (or try to) will understand the struggle when it comes to snacking. Of course, there’s the good ol’ carrot and houmous or rice cake and guac option but there comes a point when you’d prefer to just sit in front of the telly with a sharing bag of Doritos in one hand (except there’s no sharing involved) and a generous helping of chocolate on the other.
