If you’re partial to the odd Taco Tuesday or Fajita Friday, fear not! While most regular tortillas are made with white flour, opting for a corn substitute on the other hand is tolerated well by people with gluten sensitivities. Best of all, they certainly pass the taste test for us, hardly differing from the originals with just a slightly different texture. Roll on lunchtime.
