Liz Wolfe, a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, has written Eat the Yolks, a book that is all about this fearful mentality that appears to govern our modern society and how in actual fact, it’s all completely ridiculous.

Eat the Yolks argues that all the food that we’re being told to avoid is actually what we need in our diets, so there’s no need to quit eating egg yolks and red meat quite yet. According to Liz, real food is the way to go, from natural fats to properly-raised animals and truly healthy carbs.
