WHL 5 grains to experiment with

Millet

Millet is a tasty grain with a good source of important nutrients, including copper, manganese, phosphorus and magnesium. For a long time millet has been most commonly associated as the main ingredient in bird seed, although now more people are incorporating the grain into cooking. The consistency of millet when cooked can vary, as it can be creamy like mashed potatoes or fluffy like rice. Another great benefit of millet is that it’s gluten-free.
