Known for its coconut yoghurt, Coconut Collaborative also makes Snowconut (ice cream), Rice Puddings and Choc Pots (chocolate ganache). It’s the latter that we’ll be discussing here. Simply because we didn’t think it was possible to have such a thick, rich, creamy chocolatey dessert without dairy. The little pots are little indeed, but it comes in a four-pack so you can judge how much rich and creamy goodness you can take in one sitting. FYI: we can take all four (after a good workout).
