Mindpower Iced Coconut Matchaccino

This drink is a blessing in (green) disguise. With ice, it’s a refreshment that will help to keep you going all day. Without the ice (and heated on the hob), it’s our go-to cuppa for a cosy night in or when we’re feeling under the weather. Tip: ditch the syrup for xylitol for the ultimate healthy matchaccino!

Ingredients (serves 1)

1tsp matcha powder
1tbsp boiling water
Roughly ½ cup ice
120ml coconut milk (or any kind of milk)
1tsp agave syrup, or maple syrup

Method

Whisk the water into the matcha powder and pour into a blender along with the ice, coconut milk and sweetener. Blend until smooth.
