3. Mashed

An absolute favourite new way for me to eat cauliflower has to be mashed. By adding garlic, butter and a few herbs, you can make a side dish that’s rich, creamy and delicious. Just boil your cauliflower and garlic, then drain and blend with butter, your favourite seasonings or whatever else you like. It’s amazing just how flavorsome such a simple recipe can be! So, if you aren’t a fan of potatoes, or feel like trying something different for dinner, this is the perfect side dish for you. There are also many variations that you can make just from browsing online, so you can really get creative with this recipe and make it in almost any way you like!
