Christmas cocktail

There’s always someone who isn’t a fan of mulled wine so why not treat them to this delish Tozi Sage and Pepper Christmas cocktail this party season?

Serves 2

35ml Bombay Gin

25ml Mandarin Napoleon

25ml Lemon juice

20ml Gomme syrup

5 Peppercorns

1 Egg white

2 Sage leaves

Muddle the sage briefly, then add all the ingredients, shake vigorously and double strainer into a martini glass.

Add one sage leaf and black pepper to serve.
