There’s no excuse not to work out thanks to this At-home workout routine from personal trainer and fitness blogger Carly Rowena. She shares some easy and clever ways to work out in the comfort of your own home – using everything from your sofa, to your bed!
With entertaining commentary from her camera crew (aka her boyfriend) she explains how you can use your sofa to do dips – maybe while you’re sat around waiting for someone to cook you dinner – or swap your chair for wall squats while you watch your fave TV show. You could even time yourself and do it during ad breaks.
Or, when you’ve got a spare moment after washing the pots, why not lean against the sink to do some inclined bicep curls? Do a set of 12-15 to really feel it in your arms.
Then, before you finish your day and let your head hit the pillow, Carly recommends lying yourself across the bed and planking to get those abdominal muscles going. We’re game, these crafty exercises are a really easy way to fit more fitness into your day.
