Ingredients
Sweet potatoes
Lucy Bee Coconut Oil
Turkey mince
Red onion
Mushrooms
Broccoli
Fresh chilli
Chicken stock
Feta cheese
Fresh coriander
Method
1. Chop the sweet potato into cubes and microwave for eight minutes until soft.
2. In a wok, add a teaspoon of coconut oil and fry the veg and turkey mince until cooked through.
3. Add hot water to chicken stock and pour into the wok. Cook slowly for a further 5 mins.
4. Fill a pie dish with the turkey mince. Mash the potato and place on top. Top with some feta cheese and grill for 2 minutes.
