You’ve always got time for an abs workout thanks to this flat tummy fix

You tend to work your mid-section without even realising – using the abs and core to stabilise your body, keep good form and connect the upper and lower body. You even give them a good workout during your run, swim or cycle, using them to get your whole body moving in synergy and keep your posture upright.

Because you use your abs throughout your whole workout, spending too much time on them can actually be counter-productive. If they’re too worn out, you’ll be placing the emphasis on all the wrong parts – including the lower back. If you’re craving a tummy-toning workout, though, just blast through this quick flat tummy fix in less than 15 minutes.

Do 10 reps of each exercise and repeat for 3-5 sets depending on your level. Take a 30-60 second rest after one set of all exercises has been completed before repeating.
