Gym boxes are a simple, effective and versatile piece of kit. There are loads of ways you can use one, but here 3 box exercises to get you started
They’re useful for seated exercises, or moves that require a bench, but boxes are also great for conditioning the lower body. You can find boxes of varying heights at many gyms these days and you can even stack them on top of each other to add a further challenge. Make sure you start with a height that you’re comfortable with and are able to execute a move with perfect form on. Then gradually increase the height and watch your power go through the roof!
