Summer is glorious, there’s no two ways about it. But if you’re not feeling completely body confident, it can take the shine off, especially with the weather calling for vest tops and shorts on a daily basis. But don’t worry, we’ve got you sorted with this speedy workout.
And don’t forget your nutrition! Try to stick to a relatively clean diet to keep body fat down, while using these four easy moves to really hone in on muscle definition in the arms and legs.
