Ingredients (makes 3 bowls):
1 frozen banana, peeled
245g vegan yoghurt
1 large Pink Lady® apple, washed and cut up into chunks, core and stem removed
45g cups gluten free oats
2tbsp chia or flax seeds
2tsp ground cinnamon
2tsp vanilla powder or extract
240ml of plant-based milk (for example almond or rice milk)
2tsp beetroot powder or freeze dried raspberry powder (optional)
Toppings (optional):
Pomegranate seeds
A drizzle of maple syrup
Chia seeds
Oats
Edible flowers
Pink Lady® apple slices
Nuts or seeds
Method:
Place all the smoothie ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth and creamy.
Serve immediately and add the toppings of your choice
