When it comes to working the mid-section, sometimes we’re a little guilty of focusing too much on crunches, sit-ups and traditional planks. Throwing in a little rotation forces us to recruit the muscles on our sides more; sculpting and toning up our waists for a strong, curvy and sculpted silhouette that’s a perfect accompaniment for a flat stomach.

Try these moves to reveal your natural curves. Perform 10-15 reps of each move, then rest for 30 seconds and repeat 3-5 times.
