From pan to table, dinner prep has never been quicker than with this king prawn gyoza with a crunchy Asian salad and peanut dressing.

Cooking time: 6 minutes
Ingredients (serves 2)
For the salad you’ll need…
10 King Prawn Gyoza dinner dumplings
1 large carrot (cut into matchsticks sized pieces)
2 handfuls of thinly shredded Chinese cabbage
A handful of beansprouts
Half a cucumber (sliced into 1/2 moons)
2 sprigs of mint
1tbsp of toasted sesame seeds (optional)
For the peanut dressing you’ll need…
2tbsp of crunchy peanut butter
The juice and zest of half a lime
1tsp of fish sauce
1tbsp of itsu hot-su potsu sauce
Tip! For a different twist why not try a coconut and lime dressing instead? Just add the ingredients to a mini blender, blitz until smooth and season to taste.
For the coconut and lime dressing you’ll need…
2 tbsp of coconut cream
A handful of coriander
The juice and zest of half a lime
A spring onion
Method
Combine all the salad ingredients in a large bowl and divide between serving dishes.
Mix the dressing ingredients together until smooth and add a splash of water to loosen.
Pan-cook the Gyoza as per packet instructions and arrange on top of the salad drizzling the dressing to serve.
Finally sprinkle over the sesame seeds for some added crunch.
