Pink Lady Smoothie

This delicious Pink Lady Smoothie is perfect for breakfast on the go! This tasty on-the-go brekkie is packed with oat bran, banana and milk to fill you up and lots of yummy Pink Lady to give you that fruity hit. Just combine, blitz and pour for a speedy breakfast you can take anywhere! 5 minutes to prepare – 0 to cook!

Ingredients (Serves 1)

1 Pink Lady apple cored

1 Ripe Banana, peeled

3 tbsp Oat Bran

2 tbsp Ground Almonds

2 tbsp Chia seeds

200ml Whole Milk

Method

Weigh out the Oat Bran, Ground Almonds and Chia seed.

Peel the banana and slice the apple.

Put all the ingredients into a powerful smoothie blender and blitz until completely smooth.

Serve immediately.
