Add more taste to your salad with this raspberry and Brazil nut vinaigrette. It’s just the thing to perk up your salad and it’s also free from gluten and dairy and is also vegan-friendly. This works perfectly with a goat’s cheese salad. Ingredients (makes 1 jar) 1tbsp raspberry vinegar
2tbsp olive oil
1tbsp Meridian brazil nut butter
½tsp Meridian maple syrup
½tsp Dijon mustard
Method Put all the ingredients in a jar with salt and pepper, screw the lid on tightly and shake vigorously.
