Try this avocado on rye recipe for a quick, flavour-packed lunch. Spice up the classic dish with a chilli and lime twist that brings a crunch and a zing to awaken your senses.
Ingredients
1 large, ripe avocado
1tsp fresh lime juice
Pinch Himalayan pink salt
2 slices rye bread
Extra virgin olive oil
2tsp sunflower seeds
A small handful Jax Coco Chilli & Lime coconut chips
Method
In a small bowl mash together avocado, lime juice and salt.
Liberally top avocado onto lightly toasted rye bread.
Sprinkle with sunflower and Jax Coco chilli & lime chips. Drizzle with olive oil before serving.
