It’s a liquid re-creation of juice bar PRESS London’s famous Avocado Toast recipe (which frequently tops ’best in London’ lists for reviews of places that decadently dish up the green stuff). This quirky cocktail might not suit everyone’s palate, but it’s certainly worth a try!
Ingredients (makes 1)
40ml Casamigos Blanco tequila
75ml PRESS Vanilla Leche
¼ slice avocado
1bar spoon olive oil
2 drops of cayenne extract
5ml lemon juice
15ml agave syrup
1 coupette glass
Chili flakes, to garnish

Combine all of the ingredients in a Boston shaker.
