Peanut butter and banana smoothie

Ingredients

You need a Nutribullet (or similar type of blender) for this recipe

1tbsp peanut butter

1tsp hemp seeds

1 banana

115g spinach

240ml almond milk

 

Method

Add all solid ingredients into the tall cup of your Nutribullet. Fill to MAX line with liquids

Blend until smooth (for approximately 30 seconds).
