You’ve got to try this vegan protein truffles recipe from Protein Pow!
The truffles are so easy to make, and they taste like you’re eating a regular sugar-and-butter truffle, yet they’re packed with fibre, antioxidants and protein goodness! Don’t believe us? Try them for yourself.
Ingredients
30g Pea Pow Mix
10g cocoa powder
40ml milk (almond milk/coconut milk/ rice milk)
15g almond or peanut butter
15g agave syrup (or date syrup)
Method
Put all ingredients in a bowl. Mix together until you get a dough that you can shape with your hands into balls, or truffles.
To finish these off, either roll them in cocoa, chopped nuts, or shredded coconut, or coat them in dark chocolate.
