This yummy pumpkin pie protein bars recipe is vegan-friendly and gluten-free bar that’s free from all kinds of artificial additives, and it offers a good hit of protein. So it basically ticks all the sweet treat boxes of even the fussiest of friends.
Ingredients
60g pumpkin puree
50g cashew or almond butter
50g Pea Protein Pow Cooking Mix
20g coconut sugar (or granulated stevia, if you want to lower the carbs)
10ml almond milk
1tsp pumpkin spice
Method
In a food processor or bowl, mix all ingredients together until you get a dough that you can shape with your hands.
Divide your dough into balls and then press into rectangles.
Eat right away or refrigerate!
