Cranberry energy balls recipe
This cranberry energy balls recipe is full of flavour and the little power balls make an ideal snack if you’re craving something sweet.
Ingredients (makes 10 small balls)
100g dried cranberries finely chopped
175g dates finely chopped
70g white almonds finely chopped
1tsp fresh grated ginger
Shredded coconut
Method
Place all your ingredients into a bowl and mix it well with your hands.
Make 10 even-sized balls and roll half of them in shredded coconut.
Store them in the fridge.
