Got guests who need to avoid gluten? There’s no need for them to eat their Christmas dinner without stuffing, it’s just a case of switching up some of the ingredients. Check out this yummy, gluten-free stuffing receipe from Eleni Tzirki, the head chef manager at King’s Cross Waitrose Cookery School.
Ingredients
450g Waitrose lovelife pork sausages, skin removed and chopped up
1 Bramley apple, peeled cored and grated
1 pack cooked chestnuts, roughly chopped
1 small onion, diced
Method
Pre-heat the oven to 200°C.
Mix all ingredients together, season well, then pack into an oven-proof dish and bake for 40 minutes.
