If you’re feeling a bit under-the-weather, or you’ve been enjoying the Christmas spirit a little too much, then it’s time to get more greens in your life. So try this health-enhancing smoothie recipe, created by TV chef Natasha Corrett on behalf of new heathy food delivery service Chelsea Kitchen, to give your body a boost.
Ingredients (serves 1)
80g banana
10g chia seeds
150g coconut water
50g cucumber
50g orange juice, freshly squeezed
5g seaweed Spirulina dried/powder
100g spinach raw
80g water distilled
Method
Place all of the ingredients into a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth.
Just add a little more water/coconut water if it looks too thick.
