The Ginger Nephew Cocktail Recipe

Treat your taste buds to a little flavour this Christmas with this delicious Ginger Nephew Cocktail Recipe. It’s easy to make and is sure to be a festive party favourite!

Ingredients

50mls coconut milk

5mls gingerbread ‘pain au spice’ syrup

2½ lemons

10ml Wray and Nephew rum

35ml Koko Kanu rum

Highball glass

Cocktail shaker (we used a Boston cocktail shaker)

Crushed gingersnaps biscuits to garnish

Method

Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker.

Shake hard with rocked ice 10-12 times.

Strain into a high-ball glass over crushed ice.

Garnish with crushed gingersnaps.
