So whether you’re on holiday, on a budget or want to take your workout outside for a change, there’s no need to compromise your weight loss goals. We’ve put together this simple yet effective bodyweight workout that’s sure to burn calories, fuss-free. All you need is your own body and a pinch of motivation.
Perform these moves in a circuit, completing a full set 15 repsĀ of each move one after the other without rest. Then take a short rest of a minute and repeat for a total of 3-5 sets depending on your level.
