Triple-berry smoothie recipe

You can’t beat a brekkie that’s packed with nutrients to set you up for the day, and this triple-berry smoothie does just that. If you’ve always got one eye on the scales, then Cherry Good Light is packed with cherry flavour but with only 16 calories per 100ml. Strawberries and raspberries add a good dose of vit C and antioxidants, and the yoghurt and almonds bring protein to the breakfast table. Enjoy!

 

Ingredients

(serves 1)

100ml Cherry Good Light

50g fresh or frozen strawberries

50g fresh or frozen raspberries

50ml orange juice

100ml plain yoghurt

1tbsp ground almonds (optional)

 

Method

Add all the ingredients to a blender and whizz until smooth.
