After-work cocktail recipe

If you’ve had one of those days, this after-work cocktail recipe from London’s Three Eight Four bar in Brixton will really hit the spot.

Ingredients:

35ml Appleton VX Rum

35ml Boxer gin

2 sugarsnap peas

½ lemon

6 mint leaves

1 egg white

5ml syrup

Method:

Place all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker, shake and strain into a tumbler. Serve with a side of Iberico salchichon.
