Focusing on certain areas of the body is great sometimes – it really ensures you push certain body parts to their max to get results. But nothing feels better than hitting the gym and getting your whole body working, sweating from head to toe and getting blood pumping to every muscle. You might not thank yourself the next day when the aches kick in, but your body will love you for it in the long run.

Circuit training is an unbeatable way to work the whole body in one workout; challenging your cardio, muscular endurance and strength in one hit. Perform 30 seconds of each of these moves back-to-back, then take a minute’s rest. Then repeat for a total of 6-8 sets, depending on your level.
