If you’re constantly working on your abs, checking your tummy definition in the mirror or admiring the flat stomachs of Victoria’s Secret models, we don’t blame you. The tummy is probably the most popular area that women are concerned with – and the part they focus on most in the gym – so it’s important to regularly mix up the exercises you’re doing. Not only will this work different parts of the abs, but it also means you won’t get used to doing the same old moves and hampering progress.

Check out three of our favourite abs moves that’ll spice up your workout a little. Do 2-3 sets at the end of your regular workout.
