This mint magic milkshake recipe is seriously indulgent, but good for you! The creamy date and cashew milk is a delicious combo, and we love minty touch!
Ingredients
For the cashew milk
1 cup cashews (soaked for a minimum of 1 hour)
4 cups water
For the milkshake
1 1/2 cups cashew milk (see recipe below)
5 gooey dates (pitted)
11⁄2 packed cups spinach or greens of choice (fresh or frozen)
3 frozen bananas
11⁄2 cups water
1 drop of peppermint essential oil (or more to taste)
Tip: Careful with the essential oil, 1 drop goes a long way!
To make the cashew milk blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy. The longer you blend the creamier it will be!
