We’ve got nothing against a good old Caesar salad, or a Greek or Niçoise for that matter, but it might be time to step out of your salad comfort zone. Trying something new could help to keep your healthy eating on the straight and narrow – after all, who wants eat the same thing day in, day out? And salads are a great way to keep your meals nutritious – think of all those veggies! – in the warmer weather.
