This awesome strength, fitness and fat-loss circuit will give you a full-body fat-burning workout in just 10 minutes.

It only takes a minute, girl. Well, five minutes. Twice. But still. These five moves work various parts of the body one after the other, so certain muscle groups can recover while the body is still being pushed to its limits – think of the different parts of your body as a tag team.

Not only does this give you more bang for your buck time-wise, but it also means that your cardiovascular system is getting a pretty decent workout, too, since you’ll be going pretty hard without rest for the whole session – and not a treadmill in sight. Score!

Perform these moves for a minute each without rest, back to back, then go back to the start and repeat. Remember to stick to this same order – they’ve been arranged so that certain muscle groups get to rest while others take over. Use the heaviest weights as possible where necessary, but remember to keep good form.
