We show you how to go organic this September and join the campaign to celebrate all things chemical-free! The campaign has been organised by the CEO of the Soil Association, Helen Browning. Helen’s aim is to get everyone to make a difference simply by changing the way you shop.

‘With each small change we make, like choosing organic milk, butter or eggs, we are helping secure a better future for animal welfare, our bees and other pollinators and our neglected soils,’ says Helen.

Why is the change to organic important?  It is better for the environment as it reduces pollution and greenhouse gases, by restricting the use of artificial chemicals. Organic foods have much higher nutritional qualities and you can trust that hydrogenated fats and additives are avoided; also it is an effective way to avoid GM ingredients in your diet. But most importantly buying organic improves the protection and wellbeing of the wildlife that pollenate and provide the fantastic products we have available.

Helen is passionate about pigs, and her team has spent many years refining the very best combinations of pig breeds and organic farming methods to deliver high quality products by feeding them a GM-free diet and allowing them to stay with their mothers for longer.

We have put together a range of organic products for you to try, from food to beauty products to get you ready for Organic September and then who knows, maybe you’ll be converted forever!
