If you want to feel the love this weekend, head to Valentine’s Voga!

Being a singleton doesn’t mean you have to be lonely come the 14 Feb. Why not work up a sweat with a Voga class this Saturday instead? The amazing House of Voga are hosting a very special Valentine’s Day sesh at at The Haggerston, with live music from DJ Alex Gromadzki!

If you like the idea of yoga but find it a little slow paced, Voga is for you! The exercise class is a fusion of yoga and cardio designed to give you a fun, but effective, full-body workout. You’ll be treating your body to a great workout while getting your groove on to some of the most iconic tunes the 80s has to offer. What a treat!

The hybrid name comes from yoga and ‘vogueing’ – a stylised ballroom dance form that came about in New York during the 80s and was the inspiration for Madonna’s ‘Vogue’ – see what they did there?! And it’s the perfect activity for a chilly Val’s day!

So it’s time to unleash that 80s inspired leotard and get the serotonin pumping – there’s nothing quite like sharing the love with VOGA!

Juliet will be holding the special Val’s day class from 12-1pm this Saturday at The Haggerston, 438 Kingsland Road, E8 4AA
