Get into a press-up position and lower your body until your chest nearly touches the ground then return to the arms straight position. Keeping your core engaged and without rotating your torso, lift one open palm to the side of your chest, bending your arm at the elbow as you lift it up to complete one rep. Repeat on the other side.
