If your muffin top is giving you grief, fear not, Emma Bord has a fat-blasting muffin top workout for you.

This high intensity cardio and strength workout will help reduce your waistline, tone your tummy and reduce any bulge at the top of your skinny jeans.

This workout is designed to boost your metabolism and speed up fat loss, while tightening up all those loose areas. Let’s get started!

How to do it!

Complete as many reps of each exercise for 30 seconds with a 10 -second rest in between each one. When you have completed all the exercises take a 2-minute break and then repeat for two more sets, so by the end you have completed 3 full sets of all exercises.

1. Burpee

Crouch down to place your hands flat on the floor.
Jump your legs back to take yourself into plank position.
Jump them back to the start.
Jump up as high as you can.
Land softly and repeat.

Top tip:
Try to flow straight into the next rep to keep your body working hard.
